If you get tired of typing emails all the time, try sending an audio email instead. The benefits of audio email are that it saves you time, and also let’s the recepient hear your voice, and better understand the tone in which the message was created. Many times, text messages are misinterpreted because the text itself does not communicate the complete message. Only 7% of what we communicate is the message itself. The rest is a combination of body language, and tone of voice. With audio emails, you recapture at least 30% of the communication capability.
If you wish to send your message encrypted, be sure the recipient has Quikscribe Player, and the pass phrase you set in your recorder. If you have a client that you communicate frequently by email, it’s probably worth it to get them a license for the player, so email communications can be secure at all times.

Quikscribe allows you to narrate changes you wish to make to a document, while at the same time, being able to send a multi-media image of the document as you highlight the changes you wish to make for the recipient. This eliminates the delays associated with locating the place on the page to which you are referring, and literally keeps everyone on the same page.
This feature can be used with any document, including web sites, and such, as long as you can pull it up on your computer screen.
Take a look at how it works, and try it the next time you are reviewing a document. You will need to scroll down a little on the page to see the image.

You can improve the overall audio quality of your recordings by changing the sampling rate on the System Settings page. You may select 8 khz (low), 11 khz (medium), or 22 khz (high) - the greater the number, the greater the sampling rate. However - there’s a trade-off: a higher sampling rate produces a larger file (which means more storage space and longer transmission times). For normal usage, set the File Compression setting to “Post Compression”. This will compress the .iaf file to 1/10 th the size of a .wav file. For more info, please go to http://www.digidictate.com or http:www.digitaldictation.us
