With the Quikscribe Digital Dictation and Transcription software system, you can now capture a defined portion of the screen as an image and include it as a marker within the audio file. 

The advantage of this is that you can send the output to transcription, including the image content to include in the transcript -

You can use the feature to send an audio explanation to a client or associate, including the captured screen content as your exhibit, and providing an audio explanation of your interpretation.  This is a real time-saver, as it eliminates the need to type and (snail) mail a cover letter with the enclosed exhibit.
